Shipping

All items ship within 1 -4 business weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.

International shipping 

All international items ship within 2-6 business weeks and deliver within 4-15 days. We are not responsible for any additional custom charges. 

Due to all items being handmade, delays may occur and processing can be slow. If you have any questions or concerns In regards to your order, please reach out using our chat box feature.  

 

Missing/Returned Packages 

If your order states it has been delivered and you have not received it we are unable to send another package. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping courier for any lost package concerns. 

If your order has been returned to sender, please contact us via email so we may resend your package. Returned international orders will be cancelled. Customer may choose to be compensated in either a store credit or refund.
